What is Awalan Smart Seating Management System?
Awalan Smart Seating Management System upgrades fixed seats to smart seats across events using hardware components, which will be managed by event organizers using Web Application and Smartphone Application.

AWALAN Smart Seating Management System interface is through AWALAN web application and smartphone App. Web and Mobile Application will be integrated using IOT technology with the hardware device fabricated on the seat. It aims to solve the problem of heavy costs associated with live monitoring of seats allocated to VIPs, in terms of, occupancy, conflict resolution, reallocation, and timely response of organizers for the same.
How Awalan Smart Seating Management System?
Event organizers must access the web applications to create and manage the event by creating a dashboard, event information (event name, date & time), adding event members, adding the guests, seating charts, issuing tickets, validating, and managing guests seating. This must be done using the website and in coordination with the developers team at AWALAN.

Guests can use the Awalanseats Smartphone Application to access their ticket, track event venue and seat, secure their seat, scan the barcode at the event location, send help notification to the event team member, and provide feedback and reviews of the event. For VIP users, it can be utilized by connecting to the organizers to attend to their needs and track the location of their seat

How to Create an event from scratch easily?
  1. login into awalanseat account Or click create new event
  2. Click on create event tab
  3. Enter basic details of the event
  4. Enter event organiser details
  5. Choose event location
  6. Select date and time
  7. Add main event image
  8. Select the ticket type (Paid or free)
  9. Click save and continue
