Event organizers must access the web applications to create and manage the event by creating a dashboard, event information (event name, date & time), adding event members, adding the guests, seating charts, issuing tickets, validating, and managing guests seating. This must be done using the website and in coordination with the developers team at AWALAN.
Guests can use the Awalanseats Smartphone Application to access their ticket, track event venue and seat, secure their seat, scan the barcode at the event location, send help notification to the event team member, and provide feedback and reviews of the event. For VIP users, it can be utilized by connecting to the organizers to attend to their needs and track the location of their seat
